During the past year we have onboarded a lot of talent, Rillionaires, across the globe, in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and the US. However, we will not stop here. As a next bold step we want to find even more talent and we are planning to recruit +250 amazing new colleagues within the next couple of years. Therefore, we are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Manager that will, together with our Rillionaires, make this happen. As a Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a vital role in making sure to drive our internal Talent Acquisition function and that we get the right people on board at the right time. What you will do:

In this role you will play an important part of Rillion’s continued growth journey. The key element will be to deliver hands-on recruitments. But also take responsibility over other talent activities, like Employer Branding and our Onboarding Program. You will recruit a variety of roles and seniority levels to our different teams by working independently and deliver on ongoing recruitments across the organisation. You will also plan and develop our Company Onboarding Program for our new employees, creating engagement and inclusion. On a daily basis, you will work internationally and collaborate with hiring managers from all our locations. You will combine strategic competence and resource planning for our growth ahead, together with hands-on work, taking ownership of the recruitment process, sourcing for talent, interviewing candidates, ensure all candidates gets feedback and an extraordinary candidate experience.

What we look for:

  • People are your passion!
  • +5 years of recruitment experience from senior positions or as a Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • A committed colleague to reach our goals together with the rest of the teams.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, preferably from a scale-up environment.
  • You have excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Your strive on improving processes and tools to support the business with a seamless recruitment process, both for hiring managers and candidates.
  • Knowledge and passion for inclusion, equality, and diversity.
  • You have a social and outgoing personality with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • You are self-motivated and happy to roll up your sleeves to get the job done; you do go the extra mile when that is what it takes.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
