We are now looking for a Partner Sales Manager to join our Rillion ONE sales team in EMEA.

As a Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing existing and new partnerships, co-sell with Rillion’s partners to exceed sales targets, and grow our loyal customer base. While Rillion has the majority of our Rillion ONE customer base in Sweden, you will also gain and/or leverage your international sales experience by working with Rillion partners in various countries across Europe.

You will join our highly motivated team of sales professionals focused on the small & medium size customer segment, and our go-to-market is primarily driven with and through sales partners and solution provider partners. Your skill sets include experiences in software solution sales in B2B, and/or partner management skills in recruiting, onboarding, and managing sales partnerships in the software industry. Rillion provides great opportunities to advance and build your skills, and we are primarily looking for a self-motivated, positive thinker, a quick learner with high energy that likes to get things done. It is a plus if you have worked with software solution sales (SaaS), preferably with ERP or Accounts Payable (AP) Automation solutions.

What you will do:

  • Co-Selling together with Rillion ONE partners, assisting partners during active sales cycles by providing assistance and advice on sales, negotiation, product, and demonstrations
  • Selling to existing and new customers and prospects directly in segments not covered by Rillion partners
  • Identifying, targeting, and recruiting new Rillion partners across Sweden and other countries/markets in Europe
  • Managing your sales pipeline and forecast
  • Proactively drive leads and prospects generation activities individually and in collaboration with your focus partners
  • Build and execute partner business plans with your focus partners including partner enablement, partner marketing, partner pipeline building, and partner sales activities
  • Work in a teamwork environment in collaboration with Rillion colleagues from marketing, sales, product, and services & support groups to service your customer and partners and ensure customer and partner satisfaction and success
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas

What we look for:

You are a highly motivated and self-driven individual who likes being in charge of your sales territory and your assigned partner group. You have a passion and the business empathy to work with partners, and your social skills and work ethic are key elements in this role.

You have gained initial sales experience and demonstrated the ability to drive and close sales, directly and/or with partners, and you have a mindset to achieve and exceed sales quotas consistently by applying creativity and a “get-done” attitude.

You are genuinely interested in the tech landscape around SaaS and constantly seek inspiration and knowledge that you can apply in your own work.

Must have requirements:

  • Min 2+ years in channel sales and/or partner sales focusing on SME/SMB/Mid-Market segments
  • Passion for selling and partnering in the IT market
  • High energy, loves to work in a team environment and to make contact with customer and partner stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Fluent in Swedish & English

Nice-to-have requirements:

  • Experience working with technology providers and/or implementation partners
  • Understanding of SaaS revenue organizations and incentive structures
  • Experience in the ERP or Accounts Payable software segments
  • Speaking additional languages and/or work experience in countries/regions across Europe
