At Rillion, we’re on an exciting mission to transform how finance teams work through smart automation. As our next Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving new business and shaping our growth in the SaaS space.
We’re looking for an ambitious, curious, and high-performing sales professional with a proven track record in SaaS sales. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on energy, building strong relationships, uncovering opportunities, and delivering real value to clients.
In this role, you’ll own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline management to closing deals and driving retention. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where innovation, teamwork, and curiosity power everything we do.

What you will do
- Manage the full sales life cycle consistently exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual sales quotas.
- Prospect, qualify, pursue, and secure a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Use your can-do attitude, planning improved solutions to qualify and convert the correct types of prospects through strategic, creative, problem-solving methods.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, pricing calls, and send proposals to potential clients
- Apply your knowledge of our market and competitors to identify as well as develop the company’s unique selling propositions or differentiators.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients in addition to prospective clients.
- Utilize HubSpot (CRM) to efficiently prospect, manage, track, forecast, and report on your client/prospect pipeline throughout the sales process in your region.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure Rillion is delivering the most beneficial product experience based on received feedback.
- Oversee coordination with internal teams throughout the procurement process ensuring the highest quality of financial, onboarding, and client experience transactions.
What we are looking for:
- BSc or BA in business, sales, or marketing
- 2-5+ years’ experience in a B2B software or SaaS sales role
- 2-5+ years’ of managing a full sales cycle (prospecting to close)
- Proven success in crafting and executing outbound sales strategies
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software, preferred HubSpot experience
- Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills
- Metrics driven with a sharp focus on goals – believe in daily, weekly, and monthly activities will help achieve them
- Exceptional communication/presentation skills
- Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Accounts payable software sales experience, preferred (not required)
- Willingness to travel for various trade shows, large client meetings, etc. (as necessary)
