AI Initiative Lead

At Rillion, AI is already a core part of our products and our vision for the future of AP automation. Now we want to take that vision further, across our entire organization. We’re looking for someone who can bridge business and technology: someone who understands how AI creates real value and has the skills to build, test and implement real solutions, while inspiring others to adopt and explore new ways of working.

What you’ll do

As AI Initiative Lead, you’ll be responsible for how Rillion applies AI across the organization, from identifying opportunities to delivering real solutions.

You’ll define and drive the AI roadmap, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution. Working closely with other departments you’ll lead initiatives that improve how we work and create value for our customers.

This includes:

• Evaluating where AI can deliver the greatest business impact.
• Leading and executing AI projects, from small experiments to full-scale implementations.
• Deciding what to build in-house and what to integrate from external solutions.
• Building prototypes, automations, and intelligent tools using modern AI frameworks.
• Enabling teams through training, collaboration, and a culture of experimentation.

Who we’re looking for

You’ve lead AI implementations beyond experimentation, turning them into live solutions that people use, teams learn from, and that create measurable impact for the business. You’re endlessly curious, always exploring new tools and ideas, and probably experiment with AI outside of work. You collaborate easily across teams and functions, combining analytical thinking with a practical mindset to identify and prioritize the right problems to solve. You communicate clearly, simplify complexity, and inspire others to turn ideas into action.

Technical skills

• Hands-on skills in Python and familiarity with production-grade AI setups, vector databases, RAG systems, and workflow automation (e.g. n8n, LangGraph, or self-built solutions)
• Experience integrating off-the-shelf AI tools (e.g. Copilot or ASR/STT systems)
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or generative AI models

...and it’s a plus if you have

• Understanding of Responsible AI, the AI Act, and data governance
• Experience from SaaS or B2B software environments, or a background in consulting
