We are looking for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader to drive Rillion’s global growth. As Head of Demand Generation, you will turn awareness into measurable revenue and shape how we expand across the US and Europe.

This is a role for someone who enjoys both setting direction and staying close to execution, leading a small team while making a visible impact on results.

What you’ll do

You will develop and execute Rillion’s global demand generation strategy, combining strategic planning with hands-on delivery. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Product Marketing, you will ensure every campaign drives real commercial outcomes.

You will take ownership of how Rillion grows in key markets, leading initiatives and campaigns that compete with larger players through creativity, speed, and precision. This role gives you the freedom to test, learn, and see your work translate directly into pipeline and revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and lead demand generation initiatives for the US and European markets
  • Manage and mentor a small team across performance, field, and digital marketing
  • Plan and run campaigns across paid media, content, events, and ABM
  • Align with Sales to secure strong collaboration and measurable pipeline impact
  • Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance and ROI

Who we’re looking for

You are an experienced B2B marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You know how to build scalable demand engines, lead teams, and connect marketing directly to business growth.

We believe you have:

  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar growth-focused role
  • Background in B2B SaaS or another data-driven, recurring revenue business
  • Experience leading people with measurable commercial outcomes
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales funnels, revenue metrics, and ROI
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM and automation tools
  • Analytical mindset combined with creativity and curiosity
  • Full professional proficiency in English (Nordic languages are a plus)
