Technical Implementation Consultant – AP Software

As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you’ll be at the core of that transformation. You’ll guide clients through the full digitalization journey, from discovery and configuration to testing, go-live, and beyond. By combining your technical expertise, financial insight, and customer-first mindset, you’ll deliver real value and set our clients up for long-term success. 

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where no two projects are alike, perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and seeing the tangible impact of their work. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead end-to-end implementations: Guide clients through discovery, configuration, testing, and go-live with precision and professionalism. 
• Understand and adapt: Map client processes, identify pain points, and tailor our AP automation solution to deliver measurable results. 
• Project manage with confidence: Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring a smooth and successful rollout. 
• Drive user adoption: Develop training materials, run workshops, and empower end-users to make the most of Rillion’s platform. 
• Be the trusted expert: Offer ongoing support and best practices that help clients continuously optimize their AP processes. 
• Contribute to continuous improvement: Share feedback, refine methodologies, and help shape the future of Rillion’s implementation excellence. 

We hope you have 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Computer systems, Finance or a related field. 
• Proven experience implementing RP, AP, or other financial process automation systems 
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable workflows. 
• Solid project management skills, juggling multiple projects is second nature to you. 
• Technical aptitude: you’re comfortable configuring systems, troubleshooting, and learning new tools quickly. Including but not limited to: Scripting, SQL, XML, XSLT, API/Webservices and ERP integrations. 
• Excellent communication skills and a consultative mindset, you build trust easily and make complex topics simple. 
• Experience billing customers for time and material projects.
