We are looking for a true owner and operator who takes full accountability for building, running, and scaling our function. This role will play a key part in expanding our reach and strengthening the ecosystem around our platform. 

About the role

The role combines strategic thinking with direct execution to build and expand our partner channel and ecosystem. You will set the long-term direction for our partner strategy, create scalable models for collaboration, and carry out the operational work that turns those plans into results. As VP Global Partnerships & Alliances, you will shape a program that grows revenue and market reach across referral partners, resellers, system integrators, implementation partners, and technology alliances.

You will oversee the partner revenue engine, establish clear processes for joint engagement, and maintain strong alignment between internal teams and external partners to accelerate growth. As a newly created position, it offers a unique opportunity to establish the foundation of the function and play a key role in our expansion. Over time, there will be the opportunity to build and lead a team as the function grows. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design and execute a global partnerships strategy with clear revenue impact
  • Negotiate and manage strategic partner agreements and executive relationships across EMEA and the US  
  • Drive partner activation, enablement, and joint go to market plans 
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success 
  • Manage partner pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting 
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high value partners 
  • Represent the company within the partner ecosystem and at industry events 

Qualifications 

  • Significant experience in B2B SaaS partnerships or alliances at a manager level or above 
  • Track record building or scaling partner driven revenue motions 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of SaaS business models and financial drivers
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Ability to travel as needed, with moderate travel requirements
