VP Sales and Partnerships – EMEA to Rillion

Role Overview
As VP EMEA, you will lead our sales strategy, execution, and team development across New Logo Sales & Partnerships. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and building a high-performing sales organization. Your understanding of financial operations, including accounts payable processes, will be key in navigating complex enterprise deals and aligning with our finance and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy across EMEA.
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives.
- Own revenue targets and pipeline generation.
- Oversee forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene. Run deal reviews, pipeline inspections, & forecast meetings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success.
- Drive mid-market and enterprise sales cycles with a deep understanding of SaaS metrics and buyer journeys.
- Partner with Finance and Operations to streamline billing, collections, and accounts payable processes in large-scale deals.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships and channel relationships as additional revenue streams
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with several years in leadership roles.
- Proven success in scaling revenue in high-growth environments.
- Experience managing multi-country teams and navigating diverse EMEA markets.
- Familiarity with accounts payable workflows and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel across EMEA as needed.
