Content Manager – Austin, Texas

The Content Manager has the responsibility to run with all kinds of content creation (written, visual, motion, downloadable..) to build our position as leaders within AP Automation and to drive growth for our business. The responsibility includes planning, preparing and publishing content for the US market, in all sorts of formats, for the full customer journey and for the different channels/platforms. The content clearly aligns with our global content and SEO strategy and the Content Manager works in close collaboration with the Content and SEO Manager and Designer at HQ for content production.

As a Content Manager, you are an editorial expert and extraordinary copywriter, creating engagement for the content, driving traffic to and engagement on our website, but also content that positions Rillion as a thought leader .

  • Formulate a cross-platform content and distribution plan (ToFu, MoFu, BoFu) for the US market to attract, engage and convert prospects to customers
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to make sure your content is SEO optimized
  • You are the content conductor – You closely follow market trends within the content domain, keep a close eye on competitors and is always one step ahead in terms of our own content strategy, execution, and analysis
  • Create compelling B2B content (i.e., whitepapers, blogs, reports, guides, infographics, case studies, use cases, webinars) to engage our US audience
  • Producing thought leadership content to create demand in the ICP segments we compete in
  • Work in close collaboration with our Product Marketing Manager to create product-oriented content for product releases, use cases, testimonials, demos, guides etc. to drive interest in our product and capture demand.
  • Manage our editorial content calendar for the US market and all the aspects of content creation and delivery
  • Analyze early and often how different content ties back to the key metrics/results (high intent MQLs, deals creation, inbound pipeline and ARR)
  • Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies), competitors and other industry players to stay up to date
  • Always-on writer and story finder, hangs out where the buyers hangout – communities, slack group, etc – identify trending topics – write about topics in most actionable ways

What we look for:

  • You are an editorial expert and extraordinary copywriter, creating engagement for the content, driving traffic to and engagement on our website
  • Past experience producing short- and long-form written content for digital channels (think blogs, web pages, webinar slide decks, and marketing emails)
  • A creative and analytical mindset: You’re highly creative and can apply that creativity across projects and team functions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Technology, Journalism or writing-focused area of study
  • SEO knowledge is fundamental
  • Experience in using SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz.
  • Used to project management tools like Monday, Asana, Wrike, Trello or similar is preferable
  • Interest in using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to brainstorm, idea creation and for content production

Pay range:
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

  • Base salary: $90,000/yr – $110,000/yr
