Account Executive – Austin, Texas

As an Account Executive at Rillion, you will be an inquisitive, resilient, and high-performing sales professional with experience in selling SaaS technology. You will be responsible for the oversight of client pipelines as well as proactively connecting with clients to maintain retention/satisfaction and identifying needs or gaps for new growth opportunities. The Account Executive will demonstrate their ability for positive relationship building, eliminating our client base’s competitive threats, developing new business, achieving sales quotas, and enjoying the challenges of outbound exploration within a competitive market. You will bring deep insight and exceptional analytical abilities, confidently and meticulously guiding Rillion towards a successful future.

What you will do:

  • Manage the full sales life cycle consistently exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual sales quotas
  • Identify, qualify, pursue, and secure a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Use your can-do attitude, planning improved solutions to qualify and convert the correct types of prospects through strategic, creative, problem-solving methods
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, pricing calls, and send proposals to potential clients
  • Apply your knowledge of our market and competitors to identify as well as develop the company’s unique selling propositions or differentiators
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients in addition to prospective clients
  • Utilize HubSpot (CRM) to efficiently manage, track, forecast, and report on your client/prospect pipeline throughout the sales process in your region
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure Rillion is delivering the most beneficial product experience based on received feedback
  • Oversee coordination with internal teams throughout the procurement process ensuring the highest quality of financial, onboarding, and client experience transactions

What we are looking for:

  • BSc or BA in business, sales, or marketing
  • 3+ years’ experience in a B2B software or SaaS sales role
  • 3+ years’ of managing a full sales cycle (prospecting to close)
  • Proven success in crafting and executing outbound sales strategies
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software, preferred HubSpot experience
  • Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills
  • Metrics driven with a sharp focus on goals – believe in daily, weekly, and monthly activities will help achieve them
  • Exceptional communication/presentation skills
  • Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Accounts payable software sales experience, preferred (not required)
  • Willingness to travel for various trade shows, large client meetings, etc. (as necessary)

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m local time.

Pay range:

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Base salary: $70,000/yr – $100,000/yr

Additional compensation types: Commission
