Director Partner Sales EMEA, Sweden

We are now looking for a Team Leader for our Partner Sales Team (Director, Partner Sales EMEA) to join our Rillion EMEA Sales organization.

You are leading and contributing to a team of highly motivated and energetic partner sales managers within our Rillion ONE sales team in EMEA. You will be responsible for managing and setting direction for our sales team focusing on the SME/SMB/Mid-Market segments in EMEA, and to set, achieve, and exceed partner sales targets consistently. You set standards in leading by example and selling to a set of strategic partners and customer accounts yourself.

Your leadership inspires the partner sales team reporting to you to achieve and exceed partner sales quotas consistently. You will be in charge of defining and executing Rillion’s SMB expansion plans internationally across Europe/EMEA. Our SMB sales strategy is grounded on Rillion’s partner ecosystem selling and servicing this market segment, and selling to prospects and customers requires some partner sales experience in the software/SaaS industry. You have a passion and a vision for successfully driving growth through a strong existing and to-be-recruited Rillion Partner Ecosystem in the Nordics and additional EMEA markets.

You are self-motivated, a positive thinker, and a quick learner with high energy that likes to get things done. It is a plus if you have worked with software solution sales for Cloud & SaaS solutions, preferably in the ERP, Accounts Payable Automation, or Purchase to Pay space across a number of countries in EMEA.

What you will do:

  • Leading the Rillion partner sales team for the SME/SMB/Mid-Market segment in EMEA, managing the team’s sales pipeline and forecast
  • Co-Selling together with Rillion ONE partners, assisting partners during active sales cycles by providing assistance and advice on sales, negotiation, product, and demonstrations
  • Defining and executing a Partner Recruitment Strategy to acquire new Rillion partners, and to onboard and enable such new partners across the Nordics and other countries/markets in Europe with your team
  • Managing a set of strategic partnerships yourself
  • Consistently and proactively drive leads and prospects generation activities with your partner sales team and in collaboration with your focus partners across EMEA
  • Work in a teamwork environment in collaboration with Rillion colleagues from marketing, sales, product and services & support groups to service your sales team, customers and partners and ensure customer and partner satisfaction and success
  • Represent the SME/SMB/Mid-Market segment (EMEA) in Rillion’s EMEA leadership team ensuring support and success for your team
  • Meet and exceed partner sales quotas

Must have requirements:

  • Min 5+ years in channel sales and/or partner sales management focusing on SME/SMB/Mid-Market segments, preferably in Nordic country/ies
  • Some people & team management experience
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding partner sales quotas
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Work experience in the Nordics, fluent in English & Swedish

Nice-to-have requirements:

  • Experience working with various Partner types, preferably solution providers, managed services providers, and/or implementation partners
  • Significant understanding of SaaS revenue organizations and incentive structures
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building and scaling partnership programs and ecosystems. Effective in a dynamic, high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the ERP and/or Accounts Payable software segments
  • Work experience in multiple countries/regions across EMEA, speaking additional languages
