Partner Account Manager

We are now looking for a Partner Account Manager to join our Rillion EMEA Sales team.

As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing existing and new partnerships, managing and driving partners in the Rillion Partner Ecosystem to growth targets and action plans in the Nordic and additional EMEA markets. Your work will encompass every aspect of Partner Management: defining the right partner portfolio strategy, executing partner recruitment, and managing Rillion’s top partners across EMEA.

At Rillion we live a fully integrated go-to-market model with our field sales teams, who will be motivated to work with partners on sales opportunities and support your efforts in this role of Partner Account Manager across EMEA. This is a key role and great opportunity expanding an already efficient network of partners to Rillion, with bringing in experience and new ideas. What you will do:

  • Identifying, developing, and managing a portfolio of partner relationships across EMEA – from Solution Providers, to Managed Services Providers, to Strategic Partnerships
  • Representing and presenting the Rillion partnering opportunity to existing and new partners, manage senior stakeholders at Rillion’s partners
  • Defining and executing a Partner Recruitment Strategy to acquire new Rillion partners, and to onboard and enable such new partners
  • Managing an ongoing Partner Business Planning and Review process with Rillion’s top partners
  • Orchestrate and execute an ongoing Partner Enablement program with Rillion’s partners, work in collaboration with professional services and other Rillion functions to develop and leverage the Partners’ full business potential
  • Work in close alignment with Rillion’s sales team across EMEA to develop, manage, and drive partners’ sales opportunities and pipeline
  • Create, adapt, and execute a partner business model that is in sync with company goals
  • Meet and exceed partner sales quotas

You are genuinely interested in the tech landscape around SaaS and constantly seek inspiration and knowledge that you can apply in your own work.

Must have requirements:

  • Min 5+ years in channel sales and/or partner account management focusing on SME/SMB/Mid-Market segments in the Nordic countries
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding partner sales quotas
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Fluent in Swedish and English

Nice-to-have requirements:

  • Experience working with various Partner types, preferably solution providers, managed services providers, and/or implementation partners
  • Significant understanding of SaaS revenue organizations and incentive structures
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building and scaling partnership programs and ecosystems. Effective in a dynamic, high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the ERP and/or Accounts Payable software segments
  • Work experience in multiple countries/regions across EMEA, speaking additional languages
