Product Marketing Manager – Stockholm, Sweden

We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager who will make sure that our product and its value is clearly communicated towards the market as part of the overall marketing, sales and product go to market strategy.

What you will do:

The Product Marketing Manager is part of the Marketing team but works in close collaboration with the Product team to ensure product roadmap alignment, go to market strategies and joint activities, but also making sure product releases are commercialized and delivered to market in a timely manner to drive company growth.

  • Execute effective go-to-market plans for products that meet the needs, and attract the attention, of the various relevant stakeholders, users and decision makers we target.
  • Working in close collaboration with Product Managers to make sure product roadmap and releases are translated into go-to-market plans.
  • Be the eyes and ears of the market and customers and make sure needs and requests are taken in to account in the product roadmap.
  • Produce best-in-class value propositions with specific attention to developing relevant use cases, positioning, packaging and messaging.
  • Conduct competitor research to understand how we differentiate and build stories and messaging to win the battles.
  • Use tools like Intercom and Pendo or similar, to talk to users as they are using the platform. Great if you have experience from building in app messages and campaigns, use analytics to understand the user base and use A/B testing to tweak the messaging and sequences to maximize result.
  • Work with different communication formats, channels and activities to increase activation and engagement for our product features among existing users to improve retention and prevent churn.
  • Build stories around how the product can bring value to our stakeholders, how it can be used in the daily life of our persona. To be able to do this, you will talk to customers, build reference cases and share that knowledge through customer stories.
  • Create and maintain compelling collateral (e.g., solution descriptions, one -pagers, customer success stories, presentations) as well as associated tools and training.
  • Sales, marketing and Customer enablement – training to ensure we all know the benefits of our products and services and how to successfully use them.

What we are looking for:

  • A bachelor’s degree within marketing, business administration, engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing, product management or equivalent.
  • Experience planning and executing projects and go-to-market plans.
  • Solid Project Management skills and tools.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing and go-to-market strategies and a solid grasp of market research techniques.
  • Exceptional skills in communication and presentation, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and in a compelling way.
  • Strong capability to analyse and interpret marketing and product data, trends, and activation/engagement in product platforms.
