Today, the company offers modern workspaces in 11 different cities in six different countries in prime locations. In addition to premises, Technopolis offers a turnkey solution for all office space-related services for companies, from lobby services to cleaning.

Hoping for a user-friendly AP automation system

During 2020-2022, Technopolis implemented a major system transformation project. The company migrated from Microsoft AX to the newer D365 solution. The Business Platform upgrade included a large number of different financial management systems, a banking system, and a new CE system. Technopolis selected Rillion to provide a solution for the management of purchase invoices, contracts, and documents.

By 2023, Technopolis will have Rillion’s AP automation solution in place in all operating countries, companies, and business units.

“Our previous accounts payable system was coming to the end of its life cycle and we started to search for a better replacement. We wanted to find a solution that was easy to use, cost-effective, and easily integrated into our ERP system. Rillion met these criteria. It was also important to us that the system was easy to develop technically” says Matero.

Artificial intelligence maximizes AP automation of Technopolis

Technopolis recently deployed Rillion’s integrated AI. The AI works in addition to other automation and automates even those invoices that do not have an order, contract, or rule behind them. During the consideration phase, Technopolis also had the option of a third-party solution, but the ease and speed of Rillion’s AI feature won the day.

The AI feature has already brought clear benefits to Technopolis. Many manual steps have been eliminated from the day-to-day work of the company’s financial experts and work has become faster.

“What was important to us was the ease of use and the fact that Rillion’s AI didn’t come with any extra integrations. The AI is built-in, so it learns on its own over time with help of Rillion’s invoice data, and we don’t have to separately export data to the system.
