Business Development Representative – Austin, Texas

Rillion is a Nordic SaaS company that automates accounts payable, and we are now recruiting a driven and innovative person to support our Direct Sales Team in the position as Business Development Representative placed in Austin, Texas. Right now, we are expanding our business in the US and you will be an important part on this journey!

What you will do:

In this role, you will support our direct sales team by prospecting and identifying leads. Qualified leads are then passed to our Direct sales team to further the prospect along in the Rillion sales process. Qualification will be achieved through a combination of calls, emails and marketing campaigns designed to get leads from a variety of sources. You will be reporting to our Vice President of Sales, while teaming up with three more Business Development Representatives.

A typical day will involve:

  • Screen digital inquiries to identify valid leads.
  • Receive calls on our sales line, distributing sales inquiries from support requests.
  • Make 70 outbound calls a day to generate leads for Account Executives.
  • Scheduling discovery calls for Account Executives.
  • Additional tasks as assigned.

What we are looking for:

  • 1+ years’ experience in a B2B software sales or SaaS sales role.
  • 1+ years’ experience generating leads with outbound, cold calls.
  • Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM.
  • Client-focused with adeptness for comprehension of client needs.

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m local time. Working hours may vary depending on the needs of the business and customer demand.

Pay range:

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Base salary: $50,000/yr – $60,000/yr

Additional compensation types: Commission
