We are looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our team in our HQ in Stockholm.
Rillion is a global company founded in Sweden with 30 years’ experience in the AP Automation industry. We help finance professionals transform how they manage invoices by digitalizing and automating the entire process.

We are now looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our team. Your responsibilities will be to receive and independently solve different kinds of support matters together with the customer. We always have complete insight and control within our support matters through our working tool, Freshdesk. The matters are of various character, with everything from quicker ones, like user questions, to more complicated matters that require research and dialogue with our developers. The wide range of matters create an ever changing, dynamic and challenging work environment.
You will be part of a great, accommodating team, and we all work together regarding our different matters. We continuously gather feedback, from both customers and internally, to ensure that our product is constantly improving. This means that you will have a lot of influence on the product and the way we work.
